The preservation period for Shopping Agent parcel is 30 days, calculated from the “int’l shipping fee unpaid” order status. If 30 days have passed after your shipping fee is calculated successfully and you have not paid for international shipping or there has been no feedback, the parcel will be deemed abandoned and destroyed.
