CNfans offer free shopping agent service, which includes the item cost and shipping fee.

There are no handling fees for orders from common shopping platforms, however, users can opt for additional value-added services if desired.

The total cost of the service consists of the item cost, international shipping fee, and customs charges.

The item cost includes the product price and domestic shipping fee from the seller to CNfans’ warehouse.

The international shipping fee is calculated based on weight, shipping method, and destination, and we have waived the customs declaration fee for all users for international packages, and users do not need to pay the customs declaration fee.
